Troop 5 Activities

On May 12, 2006, the communications merit badge team interviewed, David Gilman.

David Gilman works for Gilman Performance Systems, Inc. Overall, what he does is help other people do their jobs better. He helps individuals and corporations to be more effective. he teaches leadership, teamwork and how to work more efficiently. He teaches other through team building activities. One, which includes a ball toss, teaches people to work together, set goals, and make process improvements. he works with a support team, but he is the one who actually works with the clients. Skills he uses in his job everyday are leadership, listening, summarization, presentation, facilitation, and the ability to influence people.
